There is a plant for the production of prefabricated RC structures and elements for high-rise buildings (halls, residential buildings, office buildings, sports facilities, etc.), civil engineering (bridge supports) and maritime buildings / elements of marinas, breakwaters etc.).

In the production hall with an area of 9,000 m2, a line for the production of columns, supports, panels and facade elements is organized.

The installed capacity of the plant is 350 000 m2 per year.

Elements are produced according to the workshop documentation, made in our own desing department.

The speed of construction as well as a favorable price are the main advantages of this construction method. Elements are produced in classic or prestressed design according to project requirements.

As part of the production facility, there are beds for adhesive prestressing of panel and beam supports.

Within the production complex, on the surface of 3.000 m2, there is an automatic batching plant with a capacity of 80m3/h.

The plant operates as an individual organization unit and produces concrete of designed composition (concrete with specific technical properties) as well as concretes of any given composition, all according to the demands from the design documentation.

The aggregate for the automatic batching plant comes from the quarry ''INKA'' Crveni Grm, Ljubuški, conforming with all the European regulations.

Concrete production is in accordance with the HRN EN 206-1 norms and also regularly supervised by the competent laboratory.

Internal control of the concrete production is performed by our laboratory with competent staff, which performs all the necessary measures to maintain and secure the properties of concrete in compliance with the existing norms.

Concrete plant also includes mixers and pumps, which are used for transport and mounting of concrete.

On an area of 1,700 m2 at the production and administrative complex in Ljubuški, there is a modern facility for metal constructions. The facility has over 20 machines of different purposes, from sheet metal cutters, sheet metal bending presses, automatic saws for cutting all types of profiles, column drills, welding machines up to CNC cutters for cutting all kinds of shapes in steel and other materials.

Sheets with a thickness of 20 mm can be cut in this plant in a length of 3 m.

It is also possible to cut sheets with a thickness of 10 mm on a length of 6 m, which ultimately represents the ultimate range of processing.

As part of the production complex, in a special hall with an area of 2.500 m2, a rebar processing plant operates as a separate organizational unit. The plant serves to supply our own production plant of RC prefabricated elements, the supply of our construction sites in all locations and for the supply of a wider market.

In the plant, iron is cut and bent according to pre-prepared designs, finished reinforcement baskets are made and the final products are transported to the construction site.

The entire production process is automated, which fully controls the quality of the finished product as well as the completeness of the accompanying documentation at a high level.
