Bungalow

 

Muk bungalow is a residential unit. The purpose of the bungalow can be for individual housing, or for commercial purposes. The bungalow is manufactured in our own production factory plant to the complete completion, and it is delivered as a finished product and easily installed on a previously prepared site.

The area of the interior living space is 28,45 m2, and the outdoor terrace is 14,00 m2.
The interior living space on the ground level consists of a living room of 18,80 m2 equipped with a wardrobe and storage room, a dining room, a sitting area and a kitchen. The bathroom of 3,15 m2 is located on the ground floor. The half-floor (gallery) is accessed by the stairs next to the kitchen, and there is a sleeping area of 6,50 m2.

The delivery is made by special road transport, and it is placed on the field using a truck crane.

It is made of composite prefabricated elements. The load-bearing structure of the building is a coupled structure made of steel profiles S235 JR and reinforced concrete C25/30. Thermal insulation PIR hard foam (poliizacijanurate) 100 mm high compressive strength, dimensionally stable, insensitive to moisture and resistant.
