Prefabricated residental buildings

The prefabricated elements of the building are prefabricated reinforced concrete, which are produced in the production plant, transported and assembled on the construction site.

The load-bearing structure consists of:

  • vertical elements: prefabricated reinforced concrete columns and reinforced concrete walls (external and internal)
  • horizontal elements: foundation strips and feet, beams, and slabs (TT slabs, hollow core slabs, omnia slabs)

Prefabricated slabs are supported with RC walls at fl o or, storey and roof level. External RC wall (panel) is a high-quality insulation facade system in a modular construction and is especially suitable for residential construction.

Prefabricated RC residential buildings are designed for the most unfavorable climate and seismic conditions.
